Super Powers (Kenner)Cyclotron was an original idea from Kenner to add into the third series. Though this figure is more common than the other third series characters to find, it is a great resemblance to his likeness in the Super Powers comics. A loose/complete C-8/9 figure will cost between $25.00 to $45.00. The C-8/9 carded version gets between $55.00 to $70.00. This figure's spin action and removable face plate was intersting, but I think other characters could've been considered to take the spot of this one.
