This is a 6.5-inch plastic action figure of Wang Chi, played by Dennis Dun, from the movie Big Trouble in Little China. He is wearing a green jumpsuit. He has one large sword plus a long skinny sword in a scabbard. The legs turn at the hips. The arms turn at the shoulders. The head turns at the lower neck. The figure cannot actually hold a sword since the hands are not formed for that.
