Comics version: After Spider-Man was resurrected from a battle to the death against Morlun, his friend and teammate Tony Stark built him a new suit using Stark Tech, and obviously influenced by the colors of Stark's Iron Man Armor.
Marvel Cinematic Universe version: On Earth-199999, when Tony Stark felt that Peter Parker was ready to join the Avengers, he presented Peter with a brand new suit. However, Peter decided to turn down the offer, feeling that he needed to stay closer to the ground for the time being.[13]
When Ebony Maw and Cull Obsidian came to Earth in order to retrieve the Time Stone for Thanos, Peter went after their ship after they had taken Stephen Strange. When the ship was getting at too high an altitude for Peter to breathe, Tony sent in the new suit to help get Peter to safety.
"Ultimate Spider-Man" show: Amadeus Cho is a 13 year-old genius who proves himself perfect to operate the Iron Spider Armor that Iron Man had originally constructed for Spider-Man.

First of all, Amadeus Cho had only donned the suit in several episodes of Ultimate Spider-Man animated series and in a few issues of show spin-off comic book, and neither of these figures are supposed to represent him, they all are just Peter Parker in Iron Spider armor.
I've listed all the figures of this page into two categories based on their appearance: MCU (blue, red and gold/yellow) and comic book based ones (red and yellow/gold):
MCU Iron Spider Armor: this one doesn't need any explanation really: MCU has only one Spider-Man at this point and it's Peter Parker, all these figures portray just him in the Iron Spider Armor as appeared in three Spider-Man movies and both Avengers: Infinity War & Avengers: Endgame.

- Marvel Super Hero Squad: Amadeus Cho appears in only one episode of this show and never wears Iron Spider armor, the comic-book based armor appears only as a skin in the spin-off game.

With all that said, there are four figures of Amadeus Cho rocking the Iron Spider, all of them appear in the 'Ultimate Spider-Man' figures series as seen on the eponymous show. Funny enough they are listed as Spider-Man figures on this site, which is not correct:
