Repulsor is the director of security at COBRA Industries. He is also an advisor and right-hand man to Cesspool. To honor his C.E.O., he wears the last remnants of the Sludge-Viper battle suits. His job is to oversee all laboratory facility activities, and protect all production services from curious authorities. Because of his prior military experience and rank, he was appointed commander of the Toxo-Vipers. He uses these troopers to deploy Compound Z on specific target locations. The expectation is to create a domino effect from exposure that will over take the unsuspecting population.

Repulsor is a cruel and severe taskmaster, with no regard for how many of his own soldiers are turned into zombie warriors. His one and only soft spot is his pit bull counterpart, aptly named "Dawg." The two are inseparable and he would do anything to protect his pet, even electing to use Compound Z to prolong his life.
