Dualor has organized and striven to protect his Mini-Con faction, but his ruthless methods of getting what he wants aren't the right way to go. Dualor will bargain, coerce, or downright threaten in order to achieve what he wants. Even when his goal is semingly noble (like the protection of Mini-Cons) he's far too willing to sacrifice everything, including innocents, to achieve his goals. You can't trust a 'bot that would sell you out in a second for his own vision of the "greater good", and Dualor is definitely that kind of 'bot.
