Ulysses Klaw tried to steal Vibranium from Wakanda, but he was stopped by Black Panther and his allies the Fantastic Four. When Klaw fell into his own machine, he became a being of living sound. Klaw is Black Panther's arch-enemy, so it's no surprise that since Black Panther became an Avenger, Klaw has been a recurring member of the Masters of Evil.
