Tomax and his twin brother, Xamot, are the sinister partners keeping Cobra Commander from going bankrupt. Tomax shares command of the Crimson Guardsmen with his brother. These are the most fearsome of the Cobra adversaries. They don't fight with steel and claw, backed with muscle and honest sweat... They chase you with paper, wound you with your own laws, and kill you with the money you loaned them.
