With the immense popularity of the video game a live action Street Fighter Movie followed. The movie starred Jean Claude Van Damme, Raul Julia, and pop singer Kylie Minogue. The Street Fighter figures from Hasbro let you continue the adventures of Col William Guile and the rest of the Street Fighter cast. The figures were not totally a separate line as they were a part of the GI Joe Real American Heroes Line of figures. With the 3.75 scale this opened up a chance to expand the series beyond just figures but also a wide range of vehicles.
