Belldandy was an angel from Heaven given an important assignment. Heavens supercomputer, Yggdrasil, had found the mortal Keiichi Morisato the most worthy of a single wish. Any wish he could pick would be his and Belldandy was sent to carry it out. After some time together though, Morisato sees that Belldandy is the only "person" that truly understands him and wishes for them to be together forever. Now coping with the wish of being eternally connected, the two start their new lives together...
