The box includes the Fire Station itself, with working pole and opening front doors, a containment unit and a ghost trap that can really store ghosts (you catch them with the trap and a simple mechanism allows to empty the trap into the containment unit) and a can of ectoplazm red, complete with a small rubbery ghost.
The playset itself is an accurate reproduction of the headquarters seen in the cartoon series, with three floors and a fire pole running through its entire height. There are two variations known: one with painted bricks on the front, one without painted details.
